Isonex 100mg Tablet ખાલી પેટે લેવી વધારે સારું (ભોજન અગાઉ 1 કલાકે કે ભોજન પછી 2 કલાક).
ચીઝ, બળેલી માછલી, માંસ અને કેટલાંક પ્રકારના બીયર જેવી ટાયરામાઇનથી સમૃદ્ધ ખાદ્ય પદાર્થો સાથે Isonex 100mg Tablet ટાળો.

CAUTION

Isonex 100mg Tablet આલ્કોહોલ સાથે જો લેવામાં આવે તે થી ઉત્તેજના, હૃદયના ધબકારામાં વધારો, ઊબકા, તરસ, છાતીમાં દુઃખાવો અને ઓછું બ્લેડ પ્રેશર (ડાઇસલ્ફિરમ રિએક્શન્સ) જેવા ચિહ્નો જોવા મળી શકે છે. કઈં નહીં

ગર્ભાવસ્થા દરમિયાન Isonex 100mg Tablet નો ઉપયોગ કરવો જોખમકારક નીવડી શકે છે.
પશુઓના ગર્ભાશય પર અભ્યાસ નુકસાનકારક અસર દર્શાવે છે. જોખમ હોવા છતાં ગર્ભવતી મહિલાઓમાં ઉપયોગ કરવાથી ફાયદા મળી શકે છે. કૃપા કરીને તમારા ડૉક્ટરની સલાહ લો.

Isonex 100mg Tablet ધાવણ આવે તે દરમિયાન ઉપયોગ કરવા સુરક્ષિત છે. માનવ અભ્યાસોમાં દર્શાવાયું છે કે ક્યાં તો દવા સ્તનના દૂધમાં નોંધપાત્ર માત્રામાં પસાર થતું નથી અથવા તેનાથી શિશુ વિષાલુતાથી પ્રભાવિત થવાની અપેક્ષા નથી.

Isonex 100mg Tablet ઍન્ટિબાયોટિક છે. તે ટ્યુબરક્યુલોસિસનું કારણ બનતા બૅક્ટેરિયાને મારીને કાર્ય કરે છે.

Q. Is Isonex 100mg Tablet an antibiotic?

Isonex 100mg Tablet is an antibiotic used in the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis or TB (a serious infection caused by bacteria that affects the lungs and in certain cases other parts of the body)

Q. Is Isonex 100mg Tablet chemotherapy/chemotherapy drug?

Isonex 100mg Tablet is a primary antibiotic used for treatment of tuberculosis. Do not confuse it with chemotherapy or chemo drugs used for the treatment of cancer

Q. Is Isonex 100mg Tablet bacteriostatic or bactericidal?

Isonex 100mg Tablet is a bacteriostatic antibiotic. It stops or suppresses growth of tuberculosis causing bacteria by interfering with the formation of protective outer covering (cell wall) which is essential for their growth

Q. Is Isonex 100mg Tablet safe?

Yes. Isonex 100mg Tablet is safe if used at prescribed doses for the prescribed duration as advised by your doctor

Q. Is Isonex 100mg Tablet a MAOI?

Isonex 100mg Tablet has very weak inhibitory activity on enzymes monoamine oxidases (MAO); however it is not used as a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI)

Q. Is Isonex 100mg Tablet a sulfa drug?

No. The chemical structure and mechanism of action of Isonex 100mg Tablet is different from sulfa drugs

Q. Is Isonex 100mg Tablet an inducer or inhibitor?

Isonex 100mg Tablet is an inhibitor (decreases activity) of an important liver enzyme system that is responsible for the final processing and elimination of several drugs from the body

Q. Can I take isoniazid with ibuprofen/Benadryl/Nyquil/Aleve/Mucinex/amoxicillin?

There no known serious drug interactions of isoniazid with ibuprofen, paracetamol (trade name: Tylenol), naproxen (trade name: Aleve), amoxicillin or any active drug present in Nyquil or Mucinex. Please inform your doctor about all the medication you are currently taking to avoid interactions that may reduce effectiveness of any treatment or aggravate side effects

Q. Does Isonex 100mg Tablet cause weight loss/weight gain/hair loss/diarrhea/affect menstruation?

Changes in body weight (gain/loss), hair loss, diarrhea or changes in menstruation are not among the known side effects of Isonex 100mg Tablet. You may experience few of these side effects while on multi drug (including Isonex 100mg Tablet) treatment for tuberculosis

Q. Does Isonex 100mg Tablet cause acne/make you tired/cause constipation?

You may experience unusual tiredness, constipation or acne while on treatment with Isonex 100mg Tablet. Please inform your doctor about all the medication you are currently taking to avoid interactions that may reduce effectiveness of any treatment or aggravate side effects

Q. Does Isonex 100mg Tablet affect birth control?

Isonex 100mg Tablet has no known interaction with commonly used oral contraceptives (birth control pills). However, multidrug treatment for tuberculosis contains active drug rifampin that decreases the effectiveness of oral contraceptives and hampers birth control.
