  • Hands on developing large-scale service oriented applications.

Developer - Backend

QA Engineer (Automation)

1mg is looking for QA Engineers to join our technology team and provide our users the best experience possible. The right candidate would be-

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Experience in Automation tools - Selenium IDE, Selenium RC, Selenium WebDriver.
  • Expertise in Functional Testing, API Testing, Regression Testing, Manual Testing , Smoke Testing & Automation.
  • Experience in bug tracking tools like - Bugzilla, JIRA and Jetbrains YouTrack.
  • Expert in writing test cases, Test Execution, Test Scenarios, Test Scenarios Execution , Test Procedures and developing Test Estimations.
  • Experience in Database Testing (PSQL , MySQL).
  • Experience in Mobile Testing & Automation (Both Android and iOS).
  • Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously within strict deadlines.
  • Knowledge and experience in security and performance testing is a plus ( For eg - XSS, CSRF, CRLF, SQLi ,etc.)

Pharmacist - Vendor Location

Requirements

  • Able to read prescriptions (Rx) and OTC orders
  • Vendor reconciliation and settlement of daily accounts with Vendor
  • Managing inventory of vendor and reducing out of stock medicines
  • Dispensing / Packaging the medicines according to the Rx
  • Maintain master data for order tracking

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelors (D. Pharma or B. Pharma) degree is mandatory
  • Retail pharma dispensing experience preferable (min. 1 - 2 years)
  • Fluent in English
  • Familiar with IT tools and computer usage.

Customer Development Executive

1mg is hiring confident, articulate Customer Development Executive who believe in connecting and making a difference in lives of our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls of customers and place orders as per customer request.
  • Outbound calls to customers advising them of changes in medical prescription orders if any.
  • Provide constant support on emails if required.
  • Provide general information of status of customer's order.
  • Handling of customer enquiries on email, social media channels and Whatsapp

Requirements

  • Taking Inbound calls, making outbound calls.
  • Email support required too.
  • Patient, humble on the call.

Skills and Experience

  • Degree from reputed college with 1 year prior experience in Customer Service.
