Theolar 20mg Tablet ખાલી પેટે લેવી વધારે સારું (ભોજન અગાઉ 1 કલાકે કે ભોજન પછી 2 કલાક).
ઓલિવ ઓઇલ, નટ અને સીડ (બ્રાઝિલ નટ), ડાર્ક ચોકલેટ, માખણ અને માંસ જેવા વધારે ચરબી ધરાવતા ખાદ્ય પદાર્થો સાથે Theolar 20mg Tablet ટાળો.

- Propranolol થી ચક્કર આવે અને માથું ભમવા લાગે. આમ ન થાય તે માટે, બેઠાં પછી કે સૂતા પછી ધીમેથી ઊભા થાવ.
- Propranolol તમારા લોહીમાં સાકરને અસર કરી શકે અને જો તમને ડાયાબિટીસ હોય તો લોહીમાં ઓછી સાકરનાં ચિન્હો આવરી લે.
