Tenolol 25 Tablet એ બીટા બ્લૉકર છે જે હૃદય પર ખાસ કામ કરે છે. તે હૃદયના ધબકારાને ધીમું અને રક્ત વાહિનીઓને આરામ કરે છે જે અંગમાં રુધિર પ્રવાહમાં સુધારો કરે છે.

  • જો એટેનોલોલ લેતાં તમને ચક્કર આવે કે થાક લાગે તો ડ્રાઇવ કરવું નહીં કે મશીનરી ચલાવવી નહીં.
  • ભૂલાઈ ગયેલા ડોઝની પરિપૂર્તિ માટે બમણો ડોઝ ન લેવો. તમે એટેનોલોલ ટીકડીનો ડોઝ લેવાનું ભૂલી જાવ તો, તમને યાદ આવે કે તરત તે લઈ લેવો, સિવાય કે તમારો બીજો ડોઝ લેવાનો સમય થઈ ગયો હોય.
  • તમારી નાડી ધીમી ચાલતી હોય, ચક્કર, મૂંઝવણ, હતાશા અને તાવ આવે તો તમારા ડોકટરની સલાહ લેવી.
  • અચાનક એટેનોલોલ લેવાનું બંધ ન કરવું. 7-14 દિવસમાં ક્રમશ: દવા બંધ કરવી, સાથોસાથ દર્દી પર દેખરેખ રાખવી.
  • આ દવા શરદી (ઠંડી) ની સંવેદનશીલતા વધારી શકે.
  • લોહીમાં ગ્લુકોઝની સપાટી પર કાળજીપૂર્વક દેખરેખ રાખવી. દવા લોહીમાં ગ્લુકોઝના સ્તર બદલી શકે.
  • હાઈપોટેન્શન નિવારવા અચાનક સ્થિતિ બદલવાનું નિવારો.
  • જો તમે સગર્ભા હોવ અથવા સગર્ભા બનવાનું આયોજન કરી રહ્યા હોવ અથવા સ્તનપાન કરાવતા હોવ તો એટેનોલોલ લેતાં પહેલાં તમારા ડોકટરની સલાહ લેવી.
  • એટેનોલોલ લેવા દરમિયાન દારૂ અને ધૂમ્રપાન ન કરવું અથવા તેનું પ્રમાણ ઘટાડવું.
