  • Telmisartan થી ચક્કર આવે અને માથું ભમવા લાગે. આ નિવારવા, સૂતી વખતે Telmisartan લેવી, ખૂબ પાણી પીવું અને બેઠા હોવ કે સૂતા હોવ તો ધીમેથી ઊભા થવું.
