Ropnol 20 Tablet ખાલી પેટે લેવી વધારે સારું (ભોજન અગાઉ 1 કલાકે કે ભોજન પછી 2 કલાક).
ઓલિવ ઓઇલ, નટ અને સીડ (બ્રાઝિલ નટ), ડાર્ક ચોકલેટ, માખણ અને માંસ જેવા વધારે ચરબી ધરાવતા ખાદ્ય પદાર્થો સાથે Ropnol 20 Tablet ટાળો.
ઓલિવ ઓઇલ, નટ અને સીડ (બ્રાઝિલ નટ), ડાર્ક ચોકલેટ, માખણ અને માંસ જેવા વધારે ચરબી ધરાવતા ખાદ્ય પદાર્થો સાથે Ropnol 20 Tablet ટાળો.

Ropnol 20 Tablet એ હૃદયના ધબકારાને ધીમા કરીને અને રક્તવાહિનીઓને રીલેક્સ કરીને કાર્ય કરે છે. પ્રોપાનોલ બીટા બ્લોકર નામની દવાઓની શ્રેણી સાથે સંબંધ ધરાવે છે. પ્રોપાનોલોલ શરીરમાં અમુક વિશેષ રસાયણો (જેમકે ઈપાઇનફ્રાઇન)ને અવરોધવાનું કામ કરે છે જે હ્રદય અને રક્તવાહિનીઓને અસર કરે છે. જેની અસરને કારણે હ્રદયની ગતિ, રક્તદાબ અને હ્રદય પર પડતો તણાવ ઓછો થઈ જાય છે. પ્રોપાનોલ બીટા બ્લોકર નામની દવાઓની શ્રેણી સાથે સંબંધ ધરાવે છે. પ્રોપાનોલોલ શરીરમાં અમુક વિશેષ રસાયણો (જેમકે ઈપાઇનફ્રાઇન)ને અવરોધવાનું કામ કરે છે જે હ્રદય અને રક્તવાહિનીઓને અસર કરે છે. જેની અસરને કારણે હ્રદયની ગતિ, રક્તદાબ અને હ્રદય પર પડતો તણાવ ઓછો થઈ જાય છે.

- Propranolol થી ચક્કર આવે અને માથું ભમવા લાગે. આમ ન થાય તે માટે, બેઠાં પછી કે સૂતા પછી ધીમેથી ઊભા થાવ.

Ropnol 20 Tablet is a beta-blocker that is used to lower high blood pressure, prevent angina, treat or prevent heart attacks or reduce your risk of heart problems following a heart attack. Ropnol 20 Tablet is also used to treat irregularities in the heartbeat, including those caused by anxiety, essential tremor (shaking of the head, chin and hands). It also prevents migraine headaches, overactive thyroid (thyrotoxicosis and hyperthyroidism), and bleeding in the food pipe caused by high blood pressure.
