તમને કેલ્શિટોનિન કે આ દવાના કોઈપણ ઘટક તત્ત્વ પ્રત્યે એલર્જીક હોય તો કેલ્શિટોનિન ન લેવી.
લોહીમાં કેલ્શિયમની સપાટી નીચી (હાઇપોકેલ્સેમિયા) હોય તેવી સ્થિતિમાં કેલ્શિટોનિનનો ઉપયોગ ન કરવો.
18 વર્ષ કરતાં ઓછી ઉંમરના બાળકો માટે કેલ્શિટોનિનનો ઉપયોગ ન કરવાની ભલામણ છે.
કેલ્શિટોનિન લીધા પછી તમને ચક્કર આવે, થાક લાગે, માથાનો દુખાવો થાય કે દૃષ્ટિમાં અગવડ ઊભી થાય તો ડ્રાઇવ કરવું નહીં કે કોઈ સાધનો કે મશીનનો ઉપયોગ કરવો નહીં.
ઓસ્ટીયોપોરોસિસ અને ઓસ્ટિઓઆર્થ્રાઈટિસ માટે લાંબો સમય કેલ્શિટોનિનથી સારવાર લેવાથી તબીબી પરીક્ષણમાં કેન્સરનું જોખમ વધતું હોવાનું દર્શાવ્યું છે.

Yes, an unopened bottle of Rockbon C Spray need to be refrigerated. It should be kept at a temperature between 2°C and 8°C. Do not freeze. After opening the bottle of Rockbon C Spray, store it at room temperature between 15°C and 30°C.

Rockbon C Spray contains calcitonin which is a hormone that is naturally produced by the thyroid gland and is responsible for maintaining calcium balance in the body. Rockbon C Spray decreases the bone loss and damage in patients with osteoporosis. In some cases, it also helps in bone formation by activating the bone forming cells, thereby increasing the bone density.

Q. Can Rockbon C Spray reduce the calcium levels in blood?

Yes, Rockbon C Spray can reduce the levels of calcium in the blood. If the calcium levels in your blood drop down severely then it can present with numbness or tingling in your fingers, toes, or around your mouth. The blood calcium levels need to be monitored in such cases. Immediately contact your doctor if you experience any such symptoms.
