દવાથી ચક્કર કે સુસ્તી આવી શકશે. ડ્રાઇવિંગ કે સાવધાની રાખવી જરૂરી હોય તેવી પ્રવૃત્તિઓ કરવા દરમિયાન ધ્યાન રાખવું. એઝેલેસ્ટાઇન લેવાની શરૂ કરવી નહીં કે ચાલુ રાખવી નહીં અને તમારા ડોકટરની સલાહ લેવી :
- જો તમે એઝેલેસ્ટાઇન અથવા તેના કોઈપણ ઘટક તત્ત્વ પ્રત્યે એલર્જીક (અતિસંવેદનશીલતા) હોવ.
- જો તમે સગર્ભા હોવ અથવા સ્તનપાન કરાવતા હોવ.
આંખમાં એઝેલેસ્ટાઇન સોલ્યુશન લગાવ ત્યારે કોન્ટેક્ટ લેન્સનો ઉપયોગ કરવો નહીં. દર્દીને લખી આપ્યા પ્રમાણે જ એઝેલેસ્ટાઇન નાકના સ્પ્રેનો ઉપયોગ કરવાની સૂચના આપવી જોઇએ. ઉપયોગ કરતાં પહેલાં શીશીને હળવેકથી હલાવવી જોઇએ અને આશરે 5 સેકન્ડ માટે તેને ઉપર અને નીચે ઉંધી કરવી જોઇએ અને ત્યારબાદ રક્ષણાત્મક આવરણ દૂર કરવું જોઇએ. સ્પ્રેનો ઉપયોગ કર્યા પછી ટોચને સાફ કરવું અને રક્ષણાત્મક આવરણ પાછું મુકવું.

Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to conceive or breastfeeding to prevent any harmful effects on the baby.

Optihist AZ Eye Drop is safe if used in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Take it exactly as directed and do not skip any dose. Follow your doctor's instructions carefully and let your doctor know if any of the side effects bother you.
Q. What if I forget to take a dose of Optihist AZ Eye Drop?
If you forget a dose of Optihist AZ Eye Drop, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and take the next scheduled dose. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one as this may increase the chances of developing side effects.
