જો તમને અસામાન્ય થકાવટ, હાંફ ચઢવી, તીવ્ર માથાનો દુખાવો, સુસ્તી, મુંઝવણ, દ્રષ્ટિ સાથે સમસ્યાઓ, ઉબકા, ઊલટી અથવા તાણ લાગે તે સૂચવે છે કે તમને લોહીનું ઉંચું દબાણ છે તો તમારા ડોકટરને જણાવો.

જો તમને લોહીનું ઉંચું દબાણ, સિકલ સેલ એનીમિયા, યકૃતના રોગો, હેપટાઇટિસ C, તાણ કે લેટેક્સ પ્રત્યે કોઇપણ એલર્જી હોય તો તમારા ફિઝિશ્યનની સલાહ લેવી.

લાલ રક્ત કણ (RBC) ટ્રાન્સફ્યુઝન માટેની જરૂરિયાત ઘટાડવા સૌથી ઓછિ પૂરતો ડોઝનો ઉપયોગ કરવો.

તમારા પર હિમોગ્લોબિનના સ્તર માટે નિયમિત પણે દેખરેખ રાખવામાં આવશે, કેમ કે ખુબ ઉંચા પ્રમાણમાં હિમોગ્લોબિનતી હ્રદયનું જોખમ કે રક્તવાહિનીન વિકારો થવાનું જોખમ વધી શકે.
