  • Telmisartan થી ચક્કર આવે અને માથું ભમવા લાગે. આ નિવારવા, સૂતી વખતે Telmisartan લેવી, ખૂબ પાણી પીવું અને બેઠા હોવ કે સૂતા હોવ તો ધીમેથી ઊભા થવું.
  • Telmisartan લીધા પછી જો તમને ચક્કર જેવું લાગે તો ડ્રાઇવિંગ કરવું નહીં.
  • જો તમે સગર્ભા હોવ કે સગર્ભા બનવાનું આયોજન કરતાં હોવ તો તમારા ડોકટરને તત્કાલ જણાવો.
  • નિયત શસ્ત્રક્રિયાના એક દિવસ પહેલાં Telmisartan બંધ કરવી જોઇએ.
  • તમારા ડોકટર તમારું લોહીનું દબાણ ઓછું કરવા જીવન-ધોરણમાં ફેરફાર કરવાની ભલામણ કરી શકે. તેમાં નીચેનાનો સમાવેશ થઇ શકે: n

Stopping it suddenly may increase your blood pressure which could be detrimental for you. Cresar 40 Tablet does not cure high blood pressure but controls it. So, you may have to take the medicine lifelong. Talk to your doctor if you have any concerns.
