Ciplar 10 Tablet ખાલી પેટે લેવી વધારે સારું (ભોજન અગાઉ 1 કલાકે કે ભોજન પછી 2 કલાક).
ઓલિવ ઓઇલ, નટ અને સીડ (બ્રાઝિલ નટ), ડાર્ક ચોકલેટ, માખણ અને માંસ જેવા વધારે ચરબી ધરાવતા ખાદ્ય પદાર્થો સાથે Ciplar 10 Tablet ટાળો.

Ciplar 10 Tablet એ હૃદયના ધબકારાને ધીમા કરીને અને રક્તવાહિનીઓને રીલેક્સ કરીને કાર્ય કરે છે. પ્રોપાનોલ બીટા બ્લોકર નામની દવાઓની શ્રેણી સાથે સંબંધ ધરાવે છે. પ્રોપાનોલોલ શરીરમાં અમુક વિશેષ રસાયણો (જેમકે ઈપાઇનફ્રાઇન)ને અવરોધવાનું કામ કરે છે જે હ્રદય અને રક્તવાહિનીઓને અસર કરે છે. જેની અસરને કારણે હ્રદયની ગતિ, રક્તદાબ અને હ્રદય પર પડતો તણાવ ઓછો થઈ જાય છે. પ્રોપાનોલ બીટા બ્લોકર નામની દવાઓની શ્રેણી સાથે સંબંધ ધરાવે છે. પ્રોપાનોલોલ શરીરમાં અમુક વિશેષ રસાયણો (જેમકે ઈપાઇનફ્રાઇન)ને અવરોધવાનું કામ કરે છે જે હ્રદય અને રક્તવાહિનીઓને અસર કરે છે. જેની અસરને કારણે હ્રદયની ગતિ, રક્તદાબ અને હ્રદય પર પડતો તણાવ ઓછો થઈ જાય છે.

  • Propranolol થી ચક્કર આવે અને માથું ભમવા લાગે. આમ ન થાય તે માટે, બેઠાં પછી કે સૂતા પછી ધીમેથી ઊભા થાવ.
  • Propranolol તમારા લોહીમાં સાકરને અસર કરી શકે અને જો તમને ડાયાબિટીસ હોય તો લોહીમાં ઓછી સાકરનાં ચિન્હો આવરી લે.
  • Propranolol થી તમારા હાથ અને પગમાં લોહીનો પ્રવાહ જવામાં ઘટાડો થઇ શકે, જેને પરિણામે તેઓને ઠંડી લાગે. ધૂમ્રપાનથી આ અસર વધુ વણસી શકે. ગરમ પોશાક પહેરવો અને તમાકુનો ઉપયોગ ન કરવો.

Yes, it is possible that your doctor prescribed Ciplar 10 Tablet for chest pain (angina). Ciplar 10 Tablet is a beta-blocker that is used to lower high blood pressure, prevent angina, treat or prevent heart attacks or reduce your risk of heart problems following a heart attack. Ciplar 10 Tablet is also used to treat irregularities in the heartbeat, including those caused by anxiety, essential tremor (shaking of the head, chin and hands). It also prevents migraine headaches, overactive thyroid (thyrotoxicosis and hyperthyroidism), and bleeding in the food pipe caused by high blood pressure.
Q. When can I expect relief in my symptoms after starting Ciplar 10 Tablet for high blood pressure?
Ciplar 10 Tablet usually starts working within a few hours of taking it. However, it may take up to a week to see the full benefits of the symptoms of high blood pressure or heart conditions. You may not notice any difference, but that does not mean it is not working. However, keep taking this medicine as prescribed by your doctor because you will still be getting its full benefits.
