Acnex soft gelatin capsule કેવી રીતે કાર્ય કરે

Acnex 20 Capsule એ ત્વચાના કુદરતી તેલના ઉત્પાદનને ઘટાડે છે અને ત્વચના સોજા અને લાલાશને પણ ઘટાડે છે.
આઈસોટ્રેટિનોઇન, રેટિનોઇડ (વિટામીન એનું સ્વરૂપ) નામની દવાઓની શ્રેણી સાથે સંબંધ ધરાવે છે. આ તૈલીગ્રંથિઓ દ્વારા સ્ત્રાવ થતા તેલની માત્રાને ઓછી કરે છે જેનાથી ત્વચાને ઝડપથી નવીનીકૃત થવામાં મદદ મળે છે.
આઈસોટ્રેટિનોઇન, રેટિનોઇડ (વિટામીન એનું સ્વરૂપ) નામની દવાઓની શ્રેણી સાથે સંબંધ ધરાવે છે. આ તૈલીગ્રંથિઓ દ્વારા સ્ત્રાવ થતા તેલની માત્રાને ઓછી કરે છે જેનાથી ત્વચાને ઝડપથી નવીનીકૃત થવામાં મદદ મળે છે.

  • જો તમે આઈસોટ્રેટિનોઈન, વિટામિન A કે કેપ્સ્યુલના કોઈપણ ઘટક તત્ત્વ પ્રત્યે એલર્જીક હોવ તો આઈસોટ્રેટિનોઈન લેવી નહીં.
  • મોં દ્વારા કે સ્થાનિક આઈસોટ્રેટિનોઈનની સારવાર પર હોવ ત્યારે પૂરતાં ગર્ભનિરોધક પગલાં લેવાં.
  • જો તમે સગર્ભા હોવ અથવા સગર્ભા બનવાનું આયોજન કરી રહ્યા હોવ અથવા સ્તનપાન કરાવતા હોવ તો તમારા ડોકટરને જણાવો.
  • સગર્ભાવસ્થા નિવારવા, આઈસોટ્રેટિનોઈન વાપરતી વખતે સ્ત્રીઓએ ગર્ભનિરોધની ઓછામાં ઓછી બે પદ્ધતિઓનો ઉપયોગ કરવો જોઇશે. પુરુષો પણ આઈસોટ્રેટિનોઈન ઉપયોગ કરતી વખતે ગર્ભનિરોધની પદ્ધતિઓનો ઉપયોગ કરવો જોઇશે .
  • આઈસોટ્રેટિનોઈન સાથે વિટામિન A ન લેવી.
  • આઈસોટ્રેટિનોઈનની સારવાર પર હોવ ત્યારે સૂર્યપ્રકાશ અને યુવી કિરણો (જેમ કે સનલેમ્પ કે ટેનિંગ બેડ) સામે ત્વચાને રક્ષણ આપવા સનસ્ક્રીનનો ઉપયોગ કરવો.
  • તમે આઈસોટ્રેટિનોઈનના ઉપચાર પર હોવ ત્યારે વાળ કાઢવા માટે વેક્સિંગ કે કોઈ ડર્મેબ્રેઝિન કે લેઝર સ્કીન સારવારનો ઉપયોગ કરવો નહીં.
  • આઈસોટ્રેટિનોઈન શરૂ કરતાં પૂર્વે લોહીમાં લિપિડના સ્તર, યકૃત કામગીરી, લોહીના કોષ કાઉન્ટ અને સગર્ભાવસ્થા પરીક્ષણ કરાવવાં.
  • છેલ્લી કેપ્સ્યુલ લીધા પછી 30 દિવસ પૂરાં ન થાય ત્યાં સુધી રક્તદાન કરવું નહીં.

Q. Is Acnex 20 Capsule safe to use?
Acnex 20 Capsule should be used with care since it is associated with significant adverse reactions. It should be used only for patients with severe nodular acne who are unresponsive to conventional therapy, including systemic antibiotics. In addition, Acnex 20 Capsule should not be used by pregnant women because it can cause severe birth defects.
Q. Is Acnex 20 Capsule a steroid?
No, Acnex 20 Capsule is a retinoid (vitamin A) which is used to treat severe types of acne.
Q. What are the recommended tests during Acnex 20 Capsule therapy?
Your liver enzymes and serum lipids will be checked before the treatment is started. These levels will also be monitored 1 month after the start of treatment and subsequently at 3 monthly intervals unless more frequent monitoring is clinically indicated.

Q. Is the effect of Acnex 20 Capsule permanent?
It has been observed in many patients that a single 15-20-week course effectively cures the condition and prevents it from coming back. If at all a second course is required, one should wait for at least 8 weeks after completion of the first course. This is because experience with Acnex 20 Capsule has shown that the symptoms in the patients with acne may continue to improve following treatment with Acnex 20 Capsule.
Q. Why is Acnex 20 Capsule so dangerous during pregnancy?
If pregnancy occurs during treatment with Acnex 20 Capsule then, there is an extremely high risk that the baby may be born with severe birth defects.
Q. Can Acnex 20 Capsule cause cancer?
No, there are no reports of Acnex 20 Capsule causing cancer. In fact, it may be useful in some forms of head, skin, and neck cancers.
Q. What are the long-term side effects of Acnex 20 Capsule?
A normal course of treatment of Acnex 20 Capsule is 15–20 weeks. Therefore, the long-term effects of low doses have not been studied. However, it may have some effect on bone mineral density. It may decrease bone mineral density in some patients, resulting in osteoporosis or fractures.
Q. Does Acnex 20 Capsule affect male fertility?
No, Acnex 20 Capsule does not affect the fertility of male patients. No significant effects were seen on ejaculate volume, sperm count, total sperm motility, morphology, or seminal plasma fructose.
Q. Does Acnex 20 Capsule damage your liver?
There may be a transient increase in liver enzymes with Acnex 20 Capsule use. Therefore, regular laboratory tests are required. These values generally return to normal after some time. If the levels remain elevated for a long time, your doctor may discontinue the use of Acnex 20 Capsule.
