- உங்கள் உணவிற்கு 30 நிமிடங்களுக்கு முன் Ondansetron-ஐ உட்கொள்ளவேண்டும்.
- Ondansetron-ஐ உட்கொண்ட பிறகு 30 நிமிடங்களுக்குள் வாந்தி எடுத்துவிட்டால், அதே அளவை மீண்டும் உட்கொள்ளவும். வாந்தி தொடர்ந்தால், உங்கள் மருத்துவருடன் கலந்தாலோசிக்கவும்.
- Ondansetron குறுகிய காலத்திற்கு பயன்படுத்துவதாக இருந்தால் அதாவது 6 -10 நாட்கள் என்றால், பக்க விளைவுகள் ஆபத்து சிறிதளவாக இருக்கும் (நன்றாக சகித்துக்கொள்ளக்கூடியது).

The most common side effects of Periset 8mg Tablet are constipation, diarrhea, fatigue and headache. However, these are usually not bothersome and resolve on their own after some time. Consult your doctor if these persist or worry you.
Q. When should you take Periset 8mg Tablet?
Periset 8mg Tablet should be taken with a full glass of water, with or without food. It should be used exactly as per the dose and duration advised by the doctor. Usually, the first dose of Periset 8mg Tablet is taken before the start of your surgery, chemotherapy or radiation treatment.
