Vanalaya Organic Gir Cow Ghee is clarified butter made from the milk of Indian native Gir cows. It is prepared using the traditional Bilona method in which the butter is churned from the curd obtained from the milk and then gently heated to remove impurities. This process results in a nutritious, healthy, and pure desi cow ghee that is high in A2 proteins. The desi gir cow ghee is unadulterated and without any chemicals, preservatives, or synthetic hormones.
