Directions for Use:
For hot use:
- Press the metal disk floating inside the instant heating pad to generate heat
- Wrap the heating pad in a thin cloth and place it in boiling water for 5 to 7 minutes or till all crystals dissolve properly
- If any crystal is still left out, continue to boil again to avoid re-crystallisation
For cold use:
- Keep the pad in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes before use
- If the temperature is too low, wrap a thin towel around the pad before use
