- फेक्सोफेनाडिन कुठल्याही फळांच्या रसासोबत ( म्हणजे सफरचंद. संत्री किंवा पपनस इ.) घेऊ नका.
- गोळीचे विभाजन करून ती गोळी उपाशी पोटी, जेवणाच्या आधी किमान एक तास आणि जेवणानंतर दोन तासांनी घ्या.
- हे औषध घेण्याच्या 15 मिनिटे अगोदर किंवा नंतर कुठलंही अँटासिड घेणं टाळा. कारण त्यामुळे हे औषध शोषून घेणं तुमच्या शरीराला कठीण होईल.
- फेक्सोफेनाडिन आणि अपचनाच्या तक्रारीसाठी काही औषधं घेत असाल तर ही दोन्ही औषधं घेण्याच्या वेळांमध्ये सुमारे दोन तासांचं अंतर ठेवा.
- काही औषधांमुळे फेक्सोफेनाडिनच्या परिणामकारकतेला बाधा येऊ शकते.त्यामुळे डॉक्टरांनी तुम्हाला लिहून दिलेली, औषधदुकानात सहज मिळणारी, पारंपरिक वनस्पतीजन्य यापैकी तुम्ही घेत असलेल्या सगळ्या औषधांची डॉक्टरांना माहिती द्या.
- तुम्हाला यकृत किंवा मूत्रपिंडाचा आजार असेल, हृदयरोग असेल तर डॉक्टरांशी त्याबाबत चर्चा करा कारण तुम्ही ज्येष्ठ नागरिक असाल तर अशा पद्धतीच्या औषधामुळे तुमचे छातीचे ठोके जलद किंवा अनियमित होऊ शकतात

This is because certain medical conditions may affect your treatment and you may even need dose modifications. Additionally, let your doctor know about all the other medicines you are taking because they may affect, or be affected by, this medicine. Also, inform your doctor if you are planning a baby, are pregnant, or breastfeeding.
Q. What if I forget to take a dose of Lcfex Tablet?
If you forget a dose of Lcfex Tablet, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and take the next scheduled dose in the prescribed time. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one as this may increase the chances of developing side effects.
