- डेक्समेडेटोमीडीनचा उपचार घेण्यादरम्यान हृदय गती आणि रक्तदाब यातील बदलासाठी तुमच्यावर लक्ष ठेवले जाईल.
- डेक्समेडेटोमीडीनचा फांट >24 तासांपेक्षा अधिक देऊ नये. एक्सट्युबेशनच्या पूर्वी (श्वासनलिकेत ठेवलेला पाईप) काढून टाकणे आवश्यक नाही तथापि फांटचा कालावधी 24 तासांपेक्षा कमी असला पाहिजे.
- डेक्समेडेटोमीडीन फांट घेणाऱ्या रुग्णांमध्ये निरंतर हृदय आणि श्वसनावर देखरेख करण्याची शिफारस केली आहे.
- तुमची हृदय गती अतिशय मंद असेल, कमी रक्तदाब, कमी रक्ताचे प्रमाण (उदा. रक्तस्त्रावानंतर), ठराविक हृदयाचे विकार, चेतासंस्थेचा विकार (उदा. डोके किंवा मेरुदंडाला जखम किंवा पक्षाघात), तीव्र यकृत समस्या किंवा काही औषधे, विशेषतः बेशुद्धिच्या औषधांनंतर गंभीर ताप आला असेल तर हे घेऊ नका.
