CLOnil 50 Tablet is a tricyclic antidepressant used to treat obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), phobic states, and depression (when sedation is helpful). It is often prescribed when obsessive thoughts, intense fears, or depressed mood interfere with daily life.
Q. How long before I notice improvement?
Some people may notice early improvements in a few weeks, but meaningful benefit for OCD or depression often takes 6–12 weeks, and full effects can take longer. Steady drug levels may take 1–3 weeks after dose changes. Continue taking it for as long as prescribed and do not stop it suddenly.
Q. How should I take it?
