Amiford 10 Tablet contains amitriptyline, an antidepressant (tricyclic antidepressant) that helps overcome depression. It works by increasing certain natural brain chemicals (serotonin and noradrenaline) that improve mood and reduce anxiety. This helps relieve depression and stabilize emotions.
