Recoflam-SR Tablet का इस्तेमाल दर्द , बुखार, सिरदर्द , मासिक धर्म के दौरान दर्द, ऑस्टियोआर्थराइटिस, रुमेटोयड आर्थराइटिस या संधिशोथ, आंक्यलोसिंग स्पॉन्डिलाइटिस, गाउट, रूमेटिक दर्द , मांसपेशियों और हड्डियों में दर्द , मुंह में घाव , आंखों में दर्द और एलर्जिक कंजक्टीवाइटिस के लिए किया जाता है।

Recoflam टैबलेट एसआर कैसे काम करता है

Recoflam-SR Tablet एक गैर-स्टेरॉयड सम्बन्धी सूजन-रोधी दवा (नॉन-स्टेरॉयडल एंटी-इंफ्लेमेटरी ड्रग अर्थात् एनएसएआईडी) है। यह कुछ विशेष रासायनिक संदेशवाहकों को मुक्त होने से रोकता है जिनके कारण बुखार, दर्द और सूजन (लाल होना और फूलना) होता है।
डिक्लोफेनैक, नॉन-स्टेरॉयडल एंटी-इन्फ्लामेटरी ड्रग्स (एनएसएआईडी) नामक दवाओं के समूह से सम्बन्ध रखता है। यह शरीर में एक विशेष रासायनिक पदार्थ के उत्पादन को अवरुद्ध करता है जिसकी वजह से दर्द, बुखार, और सूजन होता है।

No, Recoflam-SR Tablet is not a narcotic. It belongs to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) group of medicines.
Q. Does Recoflam-SR Tablet get you high?
No, Recoflam-SR Tablet does not get you high. It does not have an abuse potential (drug-seeking behavior) and does not cause physical or psychological dependence. However, if you do not feel well, consult your doctor.

Q. Can Recoflam-SR Tablet damage your kidneys?
Long-term use and high doses of Recoflam-SR Tablet may cause renal problems such as protein or blood in urine and painful urination. Patients who are at maximum risk of developing kidney problems include people who are dehydrated, have heart failure, impaired kidney function, hypertension, elderly, who are on medicines which cause excess urination (diuretics), or medicines which have significant impact on kidney function. Hence, for such patients kidney function monitoring is recommended.
Q. Does Recoflam-SR Tablet make you drowsy?
Recoflam-SR Tablet can cause drowsiness and also dizziness, fatigue (tiredness) and visual disturbances. However, it is not very common and may not affect everyone. If you experience these symptoms avoid driving or operating heavy machinery.
Q. What is the most important information I need to know about Recoflam-SR Tablet?
It is important to know that Recoflam-SR Tablet may increase your chance of having a heart attack or stroke. The risk is more if you take higher doses and have been using the medicine for a longer time. Also, taking Recoflam-SR Tablet may cause ulcers, bleeding, or holes in your stomach and intestine. These problems may happen without warning symptoms at any time during treatment and may even cause death. Therefore, if you encounter any such problems, consult your doctor immediately.
Q. Can Recoflam-SR Tablet be taken during pregnancy?
You should not take Recoflam-SR Tablet during the last 3 months of pregnancy as it may cause harmful effects on your baby. Use of Recoflam-SR Tablet can also lead to reduced labor (premature delivery). Hence, it is advised to avoid using Recoflam-SR Tablet during the first 6 months of pregnancy also. In some cases, Recoflam-SR Tablet may be prescribed in pregnant women only if the benefits outweigh the risks involved with its use in pregnant women.
