Engel 125mg Dry Syrup का इस्तेमाल जीवाण्विक संक्रमण में किया जाता है इसका इस्तेमाल मूत्र मार्ग, त्वचा, नरम ऊतकों, खून और फेफड़ों( निमोनिया) में होने वाले बैक्टीरियल संक्रमण के कम अवधि वाले इलाज में किया जाता है। इसका इस्तेमाल सर्जरी के बाद होने वाले संक्रमण को रोकने में भी किया जाता है।
