3 डी नरम जिलेटिन कैप्सूल एक गैर-स्टेरॉयड सम्बन्धी सूजन-रोधी दवा (नॉन-स्टेरॉयडल एंटी-इंफ्लेमेटरी ड्रग अर्थात् एनएसएआईडी) है। यह कुछ विशेष रासायनिक संदेशवाहकों को मुक्त होने से रोकता है जिनके कारण बुखार, दर्द और सूजन (लाल होना और फूलना) होता है।

डिक्लोफेनैक, नॉन-स्टेरॉयडल एंटी-इन्फ्लामेटरी ड्रग्स (एनएसएआईडी) नामक दवाओं के समूह से सम्बन्ध रखता है। यह शरीर में एक विशेष रासायनिक पदार्थ के उत्पादन को अवरुद्ध करता है जिसकी वजह से दर्द, बुखार, और सूजन होता है।
