જો તમે મૂત્રાશયમાંથી (યુરિનરી રિટેન્શન) પેશાબ ના કરી શકો; ગ્લુકોમા (આંખની અંદર વધેલું દબાણ જેનાથી દૃષ્ટિની સમસ્યાઓ થઈ શકે); માયસ્થેનિયા ગ્રેવિસ (સ્નાયુઓની નબળાઈ); આંતરડામાં તમામ જગ્યાએ અથવા કોઈ ભાગમાં તીવ્ર સોજો (અલ્સરેટિવ કોલાઈટિસ) હોય; આંતરડાનું અચાનક અને તીવ્ર ફેલાવ (ટોક્સિક મેગાકોલન) હોય તો ટોલ્ટેરોડાઈન લેવી નહીં.
