- Telmisartan થી ચક્કર આવે અને માથું ભમવા લાગે. આ નિવારવા, સૂતી વખતે Telmisartan લેવી, ખૂબ પાણી પીવું અને બેઠા હોવ કે સૂતા હોવ તો ધીમેથી ઊભા થવું.
- Telmisartan લીધા પછી જો તમને ચક્કર જેવું લાગે તો ડ્રાઇવિંગ કરવું નહીં.
- જો તમે સગર્ભા હોવ કે સગર્ભા બનવાનું આયોજન કરતાં હોવ તો તમારા ડોકટરને તત્કાલ જણાવો.
- નિયત શસ્ત્રક્રિયાના એક દિવસ પહેલાં Telmisartan બંધ કરવી જોઇએ.
- તમારા ડોકટર તમારું લોહીનું દબાણ ઓછું કરવા જીવન-ધોરણમાં ફેરફાર કરવાની ભલામણ કરી શકે. તેમાં નીચેનાનો સમાવેશ થઇ શકે: nn

- ફળ, શાકભાજી, ઓછી ચરબીવાળી ડેરી પેદાશો વાપરવી અને સંતૃપ્ત સંપૂર્ણ ચરબીમાં ઘટાડો કરવો. n
- બને તેટલો દરરોજ ભોજનમાં સોડિયમ ઓછું લેવું, આદર્શ પ્રમાણ દૈનિક 65 mmol (દૈનિક 1.5 ગ્રામ સોડિયમ અથવા દૈનિક 3.8 ગ્રામ સોડિયમ ક્લોરાઈડ). n

Telminorm 40 Tablet is generally recommended to be taken once daily, either in the morning or in the evening. Consider taking it at the same time each day as it will help you to remember taking it.
Q. How long does it take for Telminorm 40 Tablet to work?
You may see an improvement within a few days. But, the maximum benefit can be seen within 4-8 weeks of starting treatment.
Q. My blood pressure is now controlled. Can I stop taking Telminorm 40 Tablet now?
No, do not stop taking Telminorm 40 Tablet without consulting your doctor even if your blood pressure is controlled. Stopping it suddenly may increase your blood pressure which could be detrimental for you. Telminorm 40 Tablet does not cure high blood pressure but controls it. So, you may have to take the medicine lifelong. Talk to your doctor if you have any concerns.
