- અચાનક છાતીમાં દુખાવાનો (એન્જાઇના)નો હુમલો થાય તો તેની સારવાર માટે રેનોલેઝાઈન લેવી જોઇએ નહીં. તમને છાતીના દુખાવાનો (એન્જાઇના) હુમલો આવે તો તેની ચોક્કસ સારવાર માટે તમારા ડોકટર તમને સલાહ આપશે.
- તમારા ડોકટર સાથે વાત કર્યા વિના રેનોલેઝાઈન લેવાનું બંધ ન કરવું.
- રેનોલેઝાઈનથી તમને ચક્કર આવે અને તમારું માથું ભમવા લાગી શકે. ડ્રાઇવ કરવું નહીં કે મશીનરી ચલાવવી નહીં, અથવા માનસિક સતર્કતા અને સંકલન જરૂરી હોય તેવી પ્રવૃત્તિઓમાં, આ દવા તમારા પર કેવી અસર કરે છે, તેની તમને જાણ ન થાય ત્યાં સુધી ભાગ ન લેવો.
- ચૂકી ગયેલા ડોઝને બદલે બમણો ડોઝ ન લેવો.
રેનોલેઝાઈનનો ઉપયોગ ન કરવો :
- જો તમે રેનોલેઝાઈન કે કોઈપણ ઘટક તત્ત્વ પ્રત્યે એલર્જીક હોવ.
- જો તમને યકૃતનું સિરોસિસ હોય; યકૃતની મધ્યમ કે તીવ્ર સમસ્યા હોય.
- જો કિડનીની તીવ્ર સમસ્યા હોય.
રેનોલેઝાઈન લેતાં પહેલાં તમારા ડોકટરની સલાહ લેવી :
- જો તમને ક્યારેય અસાધારણ ઈલેક્ટ્રોકાર્ડિયોગ્રામ આવેલ હોય (ECG).
- જો તમે વયોવૃદ્ધ હોવ.
- જો તમારું વજન ઓછું હોય.
- જો તમને હૃદયની નિષ્ફળતા હોય.

Q. What are the serious side effects of Ranx 1000 Tablet ER?
Ranx 1000 Tablet ER may cause changes in the electrical activity of the heart which is known as QT prolongation. Your doctor may get regular tests done to check the electrical activity of your heart. Tell your doctor right away if you feel faint, lightheaded or if your heart starts beating irregularly or fast, as these may be symptoms of QT prolongation. Ranx 1000 Tablet ER may also cause kidney failure in patients who already have kidney problems. Therefore, your doctor may need to do tests to check how your kidneys are working.
Q. I started taking Ranx 1000 Tablet ER about a week ago. Now I have noticed that my urine has become very dark though I am taking plenty of fluids. Is there anything to worry about?
Urine discoloration could be because of Ranx 1000 Tablet ER. You need not worry if you do not have any other symptoms. However, if it still bothers you, you can talk to your doctor who will advise you further.
Q. In case I accidentally take an excess of Ranx 1000 Tablet ER, what will happen?
Excess of Ranx 1000 Tablet ER can cause nausea, vomiting, lightheadedness, double vision, tiredness, severe tremor, confusion, hallucinations, difficulty in speaking and walking and you can even faint. If you have taken an excess of Ranx 1000 Tablet ER by mistake, call your doctor right away or seek emergency medical care in a nearby hospital.
