- Ramipril લેવાથી સતત સૂકી ઉધરસ થવી સામાન્ય છે. જો ઉધરસ ચિંતાજનક બને તો ડોકટરને જણાવો. ઉધરસની કોઈ દવા લેવી નહીં.
- સારવારની શરૂઆતના થોડાક દિવસો, ખાસ કરીને પ્રથમ ડોઝ પછી Ramipril થી ચક્કર આવી શકે. આ નિવારવા, સૂતી વખતે Ramipril લેવી, ખૂબ પાણી પીવું અને બેઠા હોવ કે સૂતા હોવ તો ધીમેથી ઊભા થવું.
- nRamipril લીધા પછી જો તમને ચક્કર જેવું લાગે તો ડ્રાઇવિંગ કરવું નહીં.
- પોટેશિયમ પૂરકો અને કેળાં તથા બ્રોકોલી જેવો પોટેશિયમથી ભરપૂર ખોરાક ન લેવો.
- આ દવા દાખલ કરવા દરમિયાન જો તમે સગર્ભા હોવ કે સગર્ભા બનવાનું આયોજન કરતાં હોવ તો તત્કાલ તમારા ડોકટરને જણાવો.
- જો તમને વારંવાર ચેપની નિશાનીઓ (ગળામાં ખારાશ, ઠંડી, તાવ) જણાય તો ડોકટરને જણાવો, આ ન્યૂટ્રોપેનિયાની (અસામાન્યપણે કોષોની ઓછી સંખ્યા, જેને ન્યૂટ્રોફિલ્સ કહે છે, આ એક પ્રકારના રક્તના શ્વેત કોષ છે) .n

Ramcor 2.5 Capsule belongs to the angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor group of drugs. It relaxes and widens the blood vessels, making it easier for the blood to pass through the vessels. As a result of this, the heart does not have to work more to push the blood. Since the workload on the heart is reduced, it is beneficial in heart failure. Additionally, it is also used to lower blood pressure and prevent stroke.
Q. Can Ramcor 2.5 Capsule increase potassium levels? If yes, what should be done?
Ramcor 2.5 Capsule may increase potassium levels in the blood, especially if you have uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, kidney problems, and dehydration. Potassium levels may also increase in patients using potassium salts or medicines which increase potassium levels or are aged more than 70 years of age. If you have any of these conditions and are using Ramcor 2.5 Capsule, you need to be careful and get regular blood tests done to monitor potassium levels.
Q. When can I expect my blood pressure to be normal after starting Ramcor 2.5 Capsule?
Ramcor 2.5 Capsule takes a few hours to reduce high blood pressure but since there are no symptoms, you will not notice any difference. It takes a few weeks for the blood pressure to get fully controlled. Do not stop taking the medicine. Keep taking it even if you feel better or if your blood pressure is normalized.
