Pyrotroy 0.2mg Injection એ શરીરમાં અનિચ્છનીય અસર ઉત્પન્ન કરતા રસાયણોને અવરોધે છે. ગ્લાઇકોપાઇરોલેટ, એન્ટી કોલાઇનર્જીક નામની દવાઓની શ્રેણી સાથે સંબંધ ધરાવે છે. આ મૌં, ગળા, વાયુમાર્ગો અને પેટમાં એસિડના સ્ત્રાવને ઘટાડે છે. ગ્લાઇકોપાઇરોલેટ, એન્ટી કોલાઇનર્જીક નામની દવાઓની શ્રેણી સાથે સંબંધ ધરાવે છે. આ મૌં, ગળા, વાયુમાર્ગો અને પેટમાં એસિડના સ્ત્રાવને ઘટાડે છે.

- જો તમને કોઇ હ્રદયનો રોગ, હ્રદયની નિષ્ફળતા, હ્રદયના અનિયમિત ધબકારા અથવા લોહીનું ઉંચું દબાણ હોય તો તમારા ડોકટરને જણાવો કેમ કે ગ્લાયકોપીરોલેટ હ્રદયના ધબકારાને વધારવા (ટેચીકાર્ડિયા) માટે જાણીતી છે.
- જો તમને માયસ્થેનિયા ગ્રેવિસ (સતત વધતો ચેતાસ્નાયુ રોગ જેને નબળાં સ્નાયુ અને અસામાન્ય થકાવટ દ્વારા વર્ણવાય), ગ્લુકોમા (આંખમાં વધેલું દબાણ જેનાથી દ્રષ્ટિમાં સમસ્યા થાય), અતિસક્રિય થાઇરોઇડ ગ્રંથિ, વધેલ પ્રોસ્ટેટ ગ્રંથિ, પેટ કે આંતરડામાં અવરોધ જેનાથી ઊલટી, પેટમાં દુખાવો, તીવ્ર કબજીયાત અને સોજો હોય તો ગ્લાયકોપીરોલેટને સાવધાનીપૂર્વક લેવી જોઇએ.
- તાવ આવતો હોય તો ગ્લાયકોપીરોલેટને વિશેષ પૂર્વ સાવચેતી સાથે ઉપયોગ કરવો જોઇએ કેમ કે તેનાથી સ્થિતિ વણસી શકશે.
- દારૂ કે કોઇપણ દવા નિવારો કેમ કે તેનાથી સુસ્તી આવી શકે.
- જો તમે સગર્ભા હોવ અથવા સગર્ભા બનવાનું આયોજન કરી રહ્યા હોવ અથવા સ્તનપાન કરાવતા હોવ તો તમારા ડોકટરને જણાવો.
- જો તમે ગ્લાયકોપીરોલેટ કે તેના કોઈપણ ઘટક તત્ત્વ પ્રત્યે એલર્જીક હોય તો તે લેવી નહીં.
