Myelosafe PG Tablet એ કેન્સરના કોષો સામે લડવા રોગપ્રતિરક્ષા તંત્રને પ્રોત્સાહિત કરે છે અને સોજા અને દુખાવાનું કારણ બનતાં રસાયણોને અવરોધે છે.

લેનાલિડોમાઈડથી ચેપ અને લોહી ગંઠાવા સામે લડવા જરૂરી લોહીના શ્વેતકોષો અને પ્લેટલેટમાં ઘટાડો થઈ શકે, તેથી તેની સારવાર પહેલાં અને તે દરમિયાન તમારી નિયમિત લોહી પરીક્ષણ સાથે દેખરેખ રાખી શકાશે.
ઉઝરડાં પડે કે ઈજા થાય તેવી પ્રવૃત્તિઓ ન કરવી અને શરદી કે ચેપ લાગેલ વ્યક્તિઓનો સંપર્ક ટાળવો.
સારવાર દરમિયાન અને સારવારના અંતે 4 અઠવાડિયા સુધી તમારે રક્ત, વીર્ય કે સિરમનું દાન કરવું નહીં.
લિનાલિડોમાઈડની સારવાર દરમિયાન તીવ્ર માયલોજીનસ લ્યુકેમિયા, હોજકિન લિમ્ફોમા, ટયુમર લિસિસ સિંડ્રોમ, યકૃતની જીવલેણ સમસ્યા, ત્વચાની તીવ્ર પ્રતિક્રિયા અને હૃદયની જીવલેણ સમસ્યાઓ થવાનું જોખમ ઊભું થઈ શકે. તમારે લિનાલિડોમાઈડ લેવાના લાભ અને જોખમોની અગાઉથી ચર્ચા કરવી જોઇએ.
18 વર્ષથી ઓછી ઉંમરના બાળકો અને કિશોરોમાં લિનાલિડોમાઈડના ઉપયોગની ભલામણ નથી.
સારવારના ઓછામાં ઓછા 4 અઠવાડિયાના પહેલાં, તે દરમિયાન અને બંધ કર્યા પછી 4 અઠવાડિયા સુધી તમારે યોગ્ય ગર્ભનિરોધ પદ્ધતિનો ઉપયોગ કરવો જોઇએ.
સારવાર પહેલાં, દર 4 અઠવાડિયે અને ત્યારબાદ બાળક ધરાવી શકતી સ્ત્રીઓએ ગર્ભાવસ્થા પરીક્ષણ કરવું જરૂરી બનશે.
તમે કોઈ તબીબી કે દાંતની સારવાર, સંકટકાલિન સંભાળ કે શસ્ત્રક્રિયા કરાવો તે પહેલાં તમે લિનાલિડોમાઈડ લેતાં હોવાની તમારા ડોકટર કે દંતચિકિત્સકને જાણ કરવી જોઇએ.
લિનાલિડોમાઈડ લો ત્યારે ડ્રાઇવ કરવું નહીં કે કે મશીનરીનો ઉપયોગ કરવો નહીં કેમ કે તેનાથી ચક્કર આવે, થાક લાગે, ઘેન આવે કે દૃષ્ટિમાં ઝાંખપ આવે.

Myelosafe PG Tablet may be taken with or without food. Always take it exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Do not crush, cut or chew the capsules. Swallow it whole with water. You should take Myelosafe PG Tablet at about the same time on the scheduled days.

Q. Can Myelosafe PG Tablet be given to patients who are on dialysis?

Yes, Myelosafe PG Tablet is given to dialysis patients after the dialysis is done. However, the doctor may adjust the dose if needed in patients undergoing.

Q. What are the side effects of Myelosafe PG Tablet?

Myelosafe PG Tablet may cause side effects which include diarrhea, constipation, stomach pain, loss of appetite, weight loss, weakness, dizziness, change in ability to taste, and pain or burning of the tongue, mouth, or throat. The medicine may also cause decreased sense of touch, burning or tingling in the hands or feet, difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep, depression, and joint, muscle, bone, or back pain. You may also experience sweating, dry skin, abnormal hair growth in women, uncontrollable shaking of a part of the body, decrease in sexual desire or ability or painful, frequent, or urgent urination. Tell your doctor if any of these symptoms are severe or do not go away.
