દવાથી સુસ્તી કે ચક્કર આવી શકે. દવા તમને કેવી અસર કરે છે તે ન જાણો ત્યાં સુધી માનસિક સાવધાની જરૂરી હોય તેવી પ્રવૃત્તિઓ ન કરવી : આ દવા પર હોવ ત્યારે દારૂ પીવો નહીં. તમારા ડોકટરની સલાહ લીધા વિના અચાનક દવા બંધ ન કરવી, કેમ કે તેથી તમને દવા ત્યાગના તીવ્ર લક્ષણો થઇ શકે. બેક્લોફેનથી ગર્ભાશયમાં સિસ્ટ વધવાનું જોખમ ઊભું થઇ શકે. તમારા જોખમ અંગે તમારા ડોકટર સાથે વાત કરો.
દવા લેવી નહીં :
- જો તમે દવા કે દવાના કોઈપણ ઘટક તત્ત્વ પ્રત્યે એલર્જીક હોવ.
- જો તમને પેટનું અલ્સર હોય.
- જો તમને પોરફીરિયા (વારસાગત સ્થિતિ જેથી ફોલ્લા, પેટમાં દુખાવો અને મગજ કે ચેતાતંત્રનો વિકાર).
દવા લેતાં પહેલાં તમારા ડોકટરને જણાવો :
- જો તમે સગર્ભા હોવ અથવા સગર્ભા બનવાનું આયોજન કરી રહ્યા હોવ અથવા સ્તનપાન કરાવતા હોવ.
- જો તમે તમારા લોહીના દબાણને ઘટાડવા અથવા ડાઇયુરેટિક્સ (દવાથી પેશાબ કરવાનું પ્રમાણ વધે) અથવા દર્દશામક દવાઓ લેતાં હોવ.
- જો તમારે કોઈ શસ્ત્રક્રિયા કરાવવી જરૂરી હોય (જેમાં એનેસ્થેસિયા આપવાની જરૂર હોઇ શકે).

Q. Does Lioresal 25 Tablet help anxiety?
Though Lioresal 25 Tablet is not approved to treat anxiety disorders, it has been observed in some studies that it is effective in treating stress which occurs after a trauma.
Q. Can I take Lioresal 25 Tablet if I have a liver problem?
If you have a liver problem then you need to be cautious while taking Lioresal 25 Tablet. This is because the medicine may increase the production of liver enzymes. Hence, regular laboratory examination of liver enzymes is required while taking this medicine as advised by your doctor.
