- વયોવૃદ્ધ વ્યક્તિમાં લેવોસેટ્રિઝિનનો સાવધાનીથી ઉપયોગ કરવો; તેઓ તેની અસરો પ્રત્યે વધુ સંવેદનશીલ બની શકશે.
- રાત્રે સૂતી વખતે લેવી ઉત્તમ છે કેમ કે તે તમને સુસ્ત બનાવી શકશે.
- જો તમે લેવોસેટ્રિઝિન પ્રત્યે એલર્જીક (અતિસંવેદનશીલતા) હોવ તો લેવોસેટ્રિઝિન લેવી નહીં.
- લેવોસેટ્રિઝિન સાથે વિશેષ સંભાળ રાખવી અને તમારા ડોકટરની સલાહને અનુસરો : જો તમને વાઇ હોય અથવા તાણ હોવાનું કોઇપણ જોખમ હોય. જો તમે કિડનીની નિષ્ફળતાથી પીડાતા હોવ, કારણકે તમને ઓછા ડોઝની જરૂર પડી શકે.

- લેવોસેટ્રિઝિનથી સુસ્તી આવી શકે છે. લેવોસેટ્રિઝિન દવા લો ત્યારે જોખમી કાર્યો કરવાં નહીં જેમાં સંપૂર્ણ માનસિક સાવધાની જરૂરી હોય જેમ કે ડ્રાઇવિંગ કે મશીનરી ચલાવવી.
