- તમારા ડોકટરની સૂચના પ્રમાણે પૂરતી માત્રામાં પાણીની સાથે કેલ્શિયમ અને વિટામિન D પૂરકો લો. આમ છતાં જો તમને હૃદય નિષ્ફળતાનું જોખમ હોય તો વધુ પડતું પાણી (અતિશય હાઈડ્રેશન) ન લેવું.
- ઝોલેડ્રોનિક એસિડ ન લો
- જો તમે ઝોલેડ્રોનિક એસિડ પ્રત્યે કે કોઇપણ બાયસફોસ્ફોનેટ પ્રત્યે જે ઝોલેડ્રોનિક એસિડના બીજા કોઈપણ ઘટક તત્ત્વ પ્રત્યે એલર્જીક હોવ.
- જો તમે સગર્ભા હોવ અથવા સગર્ભા બનવાનું આયોજન કરી રહ્યા હોવ અથવા સ્તનપાન કરાવતા હોવ.
- જો તમને લોહીમાં કેલ્શિયમની નીચી સપાટી (હાઈપોકેલ્શિમિયા) હોય.
- જો તમને ક્રિયેટીનાઈન ક્લિયરન્સ << 35 મિલી/મિનિટ સાથે તીવ્ર કિડનીની સમસ્યા હોય.
- 18 વર્ષ કરતાં ઓછી ઉંમરના કિશોરો અને બાળકોમાં ઝોલેડ્રોનિક એસિડનો ઉપયોગ કરવો જોઇએ નહીં.

Gemdronic 5mg/100ml Injection belongs to a class of medicines called bisphosphonates that prevents abnormal breakdown of the bones. Gemdronic 5mg/100ml Injection is used to prevent and treat osteoporosis and fractures in people with metastatic cancer (a cancer which spreads to newer areas of the body). It may also be used to treat hypercalcemia (elevated blood calcium levels).
