Dubagest 100 Soft Gelatin Capsule પ્રોજેસ્ટિન છે (માદા હોર્મોન). તે ગર્ભાશયમાં એસ્ટ્રોજનની માત્રા બદલીને હોર્મોન રિપ્લેસમેન્ટ થેરાપીના ભાગ રૂપે કામ કરે છે. તે કુદરતી પ્રોજેસ્ટેરોનને બદલીને માસિક સ્રાવ લાવવાનું કાર્ય કરે છે જે કેટલીક સ્ત્રીઓમાં આવતું ન હોય.
પ્રોજેસ્ટેરોન, લુટિયલ કાર્યોને ઉત્તેજીત કરે છે, શરૂવાતની ગર્ભાવસ્થામાં જોવામાં આવતા ગર્ભાશય અને યોનિમાં પરિવર્તન કરે છે. આની યૂટેરોટ્રોફિલ અસર લાંબો સમય સુધી રહે છે. ઓક્સિટોસિનમાં માયોમેટ્રિયમની સંકોચનશીલ પ્રતિક્રિયાને અટકાવી દેવામાં આવે છે.
