Dosmin 300mg Tablet એ રક્તક્રવાહિનીઓના સોજાને ઘટાડે છે અને સામાન્ય કામગીરીને પૂર્વવત કરે છે. ડિયોસમીન, ફ્લાવોનોઇડ્સ નામની દવાઓની શ્રેણી સાથે સંબંધ ધરાવે છે. તે રક્તવાહિનીઓને પહોળી કરે છે તેમાંથી લોહીના દબાણને ઓછુ કરે છે. ડિયોસમીન સોજા કરતા રસાયણ (પ્રોસ્ટ્રાગ્લેડિન)ના સ્તરને ઓછા કરી ફૂલાવો અને સોજા ઓછા કરે છે જેનાથી નસ પહેલા જેવું સામાન્ય કામ કરવા લાગે છે. ડિયોસમીન, ફ્લાવોનોઇડ્સ નામની દવાઓની શ્રેણી સાથે સંબંધ ધરાવે છે. તે રક્તવાહિનીઓને પહોળી કરે છે તેમાંથી લોહીના દબાણને ઓછુ કરે છે. ડિયોસમીન સોજા કરતા રસાયણ (પ્રોસ્ટ્રાગ્લેડિન)ના સ્તરને ઓછા કરી ફૂલાવો અને સોજા ઓછા કરે છે જેનાથી નસ પહેલા જેવું સામાન્ય કામ કરવા લાગે છે.

ડોઝ અને સમયગાળા સંબંધમાં હંમેશા ડોકટરની સૂચનાઓ અનુસરો.
દીર્ધકાલિન નસોમાં રહેલું અપૂર્ણતા, દીર્ધકાલિન હરસ અને પગનું અલ્સર: દિવસમાં બે વખત 500 મિગ્રા.
તીવ્ર હરસ હુમલો: ૪ દિવસો માટે દિવસમાં એક વાર 3 ગ્રામ અને પછી ૩ દિવસ માટે દિવસમાં ૨ ગ્રામ.
આંતરિક હરસ : ૪ દિવસો માટે દિવસમાં એક વાર ૧.૫ ગ્રામ અને પછી ૩ દિવસ માટે દિવસમાં ૧ ગ્રામ.
ત્રણ મહિના કરતાં વધુ માટે ડિઓસ્મિન લેવી નહીં.
