- જો તમને આંતરડાનો કોઇપણ વિકાર (ડાઇવર્ટિક્યુલિટિસ, પેટમાં અલ્સર, કિમોથેરાપી સાથે સંકળાયેલ કોલાઇટિસ) હોય, અથવા છેલ્લા 28 દિવસોની અંદર દંતવિષયક શસ્ત્રક્રિયા સહિતની મુખ્ય શસ્ત્રક્રિયા કરાવી હોય અથવા શસ્ત્રક્રિયા પછી ઘા રુઝાયો ના હોય તો તમારા ડોકટરને જાણ કરવી.
- જો તમે લોહીના ઉંચા દબાણથી પીડાઇ રહ્યા હોવ, ધમનીઓમાં અગાઉ લોહી ગઠ્ઠો થયો હોય, રક્તસ્ત્રાવની સમસ્યાઓ હોય, લોહી પાતળું કરવાની કે અન્ય કેન્સર વિરોધી દવાઓ લઇ રહ્યા હોવ, રેડિયોથેરાપી કરાવી હોય, હ્રદયનો રોગ અથવા મગજને અસર કરતું મેટાસ્ટેટિક કેન્સર હોય તો ડોકટરને જણાવો.
- જો તમને, નાકમાંથી થતો રક્તસ્ત્રાવ સહિત તમારા શરીરના કોઇપણ ભાગમાંથી, રક્તસ્ત્રાવ થતો જણાય, સારવાર દરમિયાન ઉધરસમાં કે થૂંકવામાં લોહી આવે તો તત્કાલ તબીબી સંભાળ મેળવવી
- બેવાસિઝુમેબ એ ન્યુટ્રોફિલ્સ (એક પ્રકારનો શ્વેત રક્ત કણ)ની સંખ્યા ઘટાડીને તમારા શરીરને ચેપ સામે લડવાની ક્ષમતા ઘટાડી શકે છે.
- જો તમને અગાઉ ઇંજેક્ષનો લીધા પછી સમસ્યાઓ અનુભવાયેલ હોય, જેમ કે લોહીના ઉંચા દબાણ સાથે કે વિના ચક્કર આવવાં/મૂર્ચ્છાની લાગણી થવી, હાંફ ચઢવો, સોજો અથવા ત્વચા પર ફોલ્લી, માથાનો દુખાવો, દ્રષ્ટિમાં ફેરફાર, મુંઝવણ કે આંચકીતો જરૂરી પૂર્વ સાવચેતીઓ લેવી.
- જો તમને મોં, દાંત અને/અથવા જડબામાં દુખાવો, મોંની અંદર સોજો કે આળાપણું, જડબામાં સંવેદનશૂન્યતા કે ભારેપણાની લાગણી, અથવા દાંત ઢીલો થાય કે થતો હતો તો તમારા દંત ચિકિત્સક ક ફિઝિશ્યનને જણાવો.
- ડ્રાઇવ કરવું નહીં કે મશીનરી ચલાવવી નહીં કેમ કે બેવાસિઝુમેબના ઉપયોગથી ઘેન અને મૂર્ચ્છા આવી શકે.

Avastin 100mg Injection is approved for the treatment of cancer of the colon or rectum that has spread to other parts of the body. It must be given along with chemotherapy. Other types of cancers that it helps with includes certain types of lung cancer, kidney cancer, ovarian cancer, cervical cancer, and glioblastoma (a type of brain tumor).

Avastin 100mg Injection is given as an infusion. That means you get it through a small needle in your vein or through a port, which is a device placed under your skin. Your doctor will decide your dose and duration and will monitor you for signs of an infusion reaction.
Q. How long can I take Avastin 100mg Injection for?
You keep taking Avastin 100mg Injection as long as your disease is controlled and your side effects are manageable. Your doctor will determine whether you should stop taking Avastin 100mg Injection. If your cancer progresses during this initial treatment, talk to your doctor if a different chemotherapy may be an option.
