- જો તમે સગર્ભા હોવ અથવા સગર્ભા બનવાનું આયોજન કરી રહ્યા હોવ અથવા સ્તનપાન કરાવતા હોવ.
- જો તમે કોઈપણ લખી આપેલી અથવા લખી આપ્યા વગરની દવા, હર્બલ બનાવટ, અથવા આહાર આયોજનના પૂરકને લઈ રહ્યા હોવ.
- જો તમને દવાઓ, ખોરાક, અથવા અન્ય પદાર્થો પ્રત્યે એલર્જી હોય.
- જો તમને એનીમિયા, અસ્થિમજ્જાની સમસ્યાઓ, યકૃતનો રોગ, અથવા કિડનીની સમસ્યા હોય.
તમારા ડોકટર દ્વારા સૂચના આપી ના હોય તે સિવાય ક્લોરામ્ફેનિકોલ ટીકડી / કેપ્સ્યુલ / મોંથી લેવાનું દ્રાવણને ખાલી પેટે (ક્યાં તો ભોજનના 1 કલાક પહેલાં અથવા 2 કલાક પછી) સંપૂર્ણ પાણી (8 ઔંશ) ભરેલા ગ્લાસ સાથે લેવું ઉત્તમ છે. ક્લોરામ્ફેનિકોલ તમારા લોહીમાં સાકરને અસર કરી શકશે. ધ્યાનપૂર્વક લોહીમાં સાકરના સ્તરોની તપાસ કરવી અને તમારા ડાયાબિટીસની દવાના ડોઝને ગોઠવતાં પહેલાં તમારા ડોકટરને પૂછો. ક્લોરામ્ફેનિકોલ તમારા લોહીમાં લોહી ગંઠાવાના કોષોની (પ્લેટલેટ) સંખ્યા ઘટાડી શકશે. સારવાર પહેલાં અને દરમિયાન લોહીના કાઉન્ટ અને પ્લાઝમાના સંકેન્દ્રણ પર દેખરેખ રાખો. રક્તસ્ત્રાવ અટકાવવા, ચકામા કે ઈજા થાય તેવી સ્થિતિઓ નિવારો. ક્લોરામ્ફેનિકોલ ચેપ સામે લડવાની તમારા શરીરની ક્ષમતાને ઘટાડી શકશે. શરદી અથવા અન્ય ચેપવાળા લોકો સાથે મળવાનું નિવારીને ચેપ થતો અટકાવવો. તાવ, ગળામાં ખારાશ, ફોલ્લી, અથવા ઠંડી સહિત ચેપની કોઈપણ નિશાનીઓની તમારા ડોકટરને જાણ કરો. જો તમે આંખમાં ચેપ માટે દવાનો ઉપયોગ કરી રહ્યા હોવ તો સારવારના સમયગાળા દરમિયાન તમારા કોન્ટેક્ટ લેન્સ ના પહેરો.
