મસા, હરસ અને વેરિકોઝ વેઇન્સ (પગમાં વિસ્તૃત થયેલ શિરા) ની સારવારમાં Alvitral Tablet નો ઉપયોગ કરાય છે

Alvitral Tablet એ પસંદગીયૂક્ત રક્તવાહિનીઓની દિવાલ પર કાર્ય કરે છે, તેના કાર્યને અને પસાર થવાની તેની ક્ષમતાને નિયંત્રિત કરે છે. આ આંતરડામાં કેલ્શિયમનું શોષણ અને કિડનીમાં પ્રતિધારણને પ્રોત્સાહિત કરે છે જેનાથી કેલ્શિયમના સ્તરોમાં વૃદ્ધિ થાય છે. તે રેનલ ટ્યુબલ ફોસ્ફેટના અવશોષણમાં પણ વધારો કરે છે જેના પરિણામે સીરમ ફોસ્ફેટ સ્તરો, પીટીએચ સ્તર અને અસ્થિ અવશોષણમાં ઘટાડો થાય છે. આ આંતરડામાં કેલ્શિયમનું શોષણ અને કિડનીમાં પ્રતિધારણને પ્રોત્સાહિત કરે છે જેનાથી કેલ્શિયમના સ્તરોમાં વૃદ્ધિ થાય છે. તે રેનલ ટ્યુબલ ફોસ્ફેટના અવશોષણમાં પણ વધારો કરે છે જેના પરિણામે સીરમ ફોસ્ફેટ સ્તરો, પીટીએચ સ્તર અને અસ્થિ અવશોષણમાં ઘટાડો થાય છે.
