Very rarely, Sterzole 5mg Tablet interferes with the bone marrow and causes a drastic drop in white blood cells. These white blood cells are a part of the body's defense against bacterial infections, such as sore throats. So, a sore throat can sometimes be the first clue that Sterzole 5mg Tablet is affecting the bone marrow. Your sister should contact her doctor and get a blood test. If a blood test shows her white blood cell count to be normal, then she can continue Sterzole 5mg Tablet. If not, she should stop the treatment after consulting the doctor.
Q. How does Sterzole 5mg Tablet affect children?
The effectiveness and side effects of Sterzole 5mg Tablet in children are more or less the same as in adults. Sterzole 5mg Tablet should not be used in children less than 2 years of age.
