Dabigo capsule uses
{med_name} is used for deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism and stroke. It prevents the formation of blood clots in the legs, lungs, brain or heart.
How dabigo capsule works
daBIGo 75mg Capsule works by slowing down the blood clotting process. It blocks the action of thrombin, a substance in the blood that helps form clots. Reducing clot formation helps prevent new clots from developing and stops existing clots from getting bigger, lowering the risk of stroke and other clot-related problems such as deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism.

Q. Can I drink alcohol with daBIGo 75mg Capsule?
Taking alcohol while taking daBIGo 75mg Capsule can increase the effect of this medicine, thereby increasing the chance of bleeding. Regular intake of alcohol can lead to a gastric ulcer which might again cause bleeding. So, it is better to avoid alcohol while you are taking this medicine. Do consult your doctor if any such episode of bleeding occurs.
Q. Can daBIGo 75mg Capsule cause hair loss?
As compared to other blood-thinning medications, daBIGo 75mg Capsule does not usually cause hair loss. However, there do exist some rare reports of hair loss associated with daBIGo 75mg Capsule.
