Uses

Amoxycillin is used in the treatment of bacterial infections.

How it works

Amoxycillin is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria by preventing them from forming the bacterial protective covering (cell wall) which is needed for them to survive.

Common side effects

Nausea, Diarrhea, Skin rash, Urticaria, Itching, Hemolytic anemia, Decreased white blood cell count (lymphocytes), Colitis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, Toxic epidermal necrolysis, Crystals in urine, Vomiting, Erythema multiforme, Interstitial nephritis, Dizziness, Convulsion, Hepatitis (viral infection of liver), Cholestatic jaundice, Anaphylactic reaction
Bromhexine(8mg)

Uses

Bromhexine is used in the treatment of Respiratory tract disorders associated with viscid mucus.

How it works

Bromhexine is a mucolytic medication. It thins and loosens mucus (phlegm) in the nose, windpipe and lungs making it easier to cough out.

Dizziness, Headache, Nausea, Upper abdominal pain, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Rash, Red spots or bumps, Itching, Sweating, Changes in serum aminotransferase levels
