Q. How do you use Alkel Liquid?
Alkel Liquid should be used in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Shake the bottle well before each use. Mix it in a glass of water or juice as advised by your doctor. Avoid taking Alkel Liquid on an empty stomach if diarrhea occurs. Drink plenty of fluids while taking this medicine to avoid stomach upset.
Q. How long does it take to work?
Alkel Liquid taken few minutes to start working and its effect lasts for around four to six hours. Do not skip doses and use it for the duration prescribed by your doctor for maximum benefits.
Q. What if I overdose?
Taking Alkel Liquid in more quantity as recommended by your doctor, will not help you recover faster. However, it may only expose you to increased side effects only. Therefore, it is advised that you take it as per the directions given by your doctor and do not double the dose, even if you forget to take your usual dose.
