G-கப்புல்டு டிரான்ஸ்மெம்பரேன் ஏற்பிகளான நுண்ணறையைத் தூண்டுகிற ஹார்மோன் ரிசெப்டார்களை FSH இணைக்கிறது. FSH ஐ அதன் ஏற்பிகளுடன் இணைப்பது பாஸ்போரைலேஷனை தூண்டுவதாகவும் PI3K (பாஸ்பாடிடைலினாஸிடால்-3-கினேஸ்) மற்றும் AKT சமிக்ஞைக்கான வழியை செயல்படுத்துவதாகம் தோன்றுகிறது மற்றும் அது வேறு பிற வளர்சிதைமாற்றம் சார்ந்த மற்றும் செல்களில் வாழ்தல்/முதிர்வடைதல் செயல்பாடுகள் தொடர்பான செயல்பாடுகளை ஒழுங்குப்படுத்துவதாகவும் அறியப்படுகிறது.
