- Use proper dilution in case of use of Rosemary essential oil

- If applying a new essential oil to your skin, always perform a patch test to the inner arm
- Dilute the essential oil with a carrier oil such as olive oil, coconut oil, almond oil, etc.
- Wash an area of your forearm about the size of a quarter and dry carefully
- Apply a diluted drop (1 drop EO and 1 drop carrier oil) to the area
- Wait for 24 hours. If there is no reaction, then go ahead and use the oil as per the requirement
