Directions for Use:
Lancing device:
- Pull of the end cap
- Push the lancet firmly into the holder
- Remove the lancet top. Save top for safe disposal of used lancet
- Replace end cap
- Turn the depth dial to desired lancing depth
- Gently pull Arming Barrel until a click is heard
- Place tip firmly against finger on the other hand. Press the Trigger button
- Using the saved top, recap lancet. Remove and dispose of in an appropriate container
Glucometer:
- Insert the strip with black blocks facing up. The meter turns on
- Puncture the finger with the lancing device
- Apply the blood sample
- Wait for 5 seconds for the test result

- Read the label carefully before use
