Dosage:

The dilutions should not be poured over the sugar globules. It should be poured around the inside neck of the bottle containing the globules.
The bottle should be mildly shaken, so that the dilution spreads over all the globules as uniformly as possible.
The standard quantity of dilution to be used in a bottle containing 1-2 drams of sugar globules is 4-5 and 7-8 drops respectively.
