Directions for Use

Keep the body straight, palm facing up

The cuff needs to be at the heart level

Make sure the cuff is tight and tapped up

Keep the interspace of one finger between the cuff and the arm

Keep the cuff at the level of the heart

Push the start button for automatic measurement

It will display the result in 40 seconds
