Directions for Use:

Keep the body relaxed before taking the measurement

Keep the palm facing up and insert the cuff at the heart level

The intel tube has to be parallel to the artery position

Make sure the cuff is tight and taped up

Keep an inner space at one finger between the cuff and the arm

Push the start button

After 40 seconds, the display will show the pressure level and heart rate
