Rashfree Cream is a blend of benzalkonium chloride and zinc oxide that help to prevent diaper rash by forming a protective barrier between the skin and the diaper. 
 
Key Ingredients:
Each gram contains -
  • Benzalkonium Chloride I.P. 0.1% w/w
  • Zinc Oxide IP 8.5% w/w
  • In a cream base q.s

Directions for Use:
Apply a thin film to the affected area several times daily as necessary

Safety Information:
  • Store at a temperature not exceeding 30 degrees Celcius
  • Protect from moisture
  • Do not freeze
  • Generally, well tolerated. Some patients may experience. Signs of an allergic reaction like rash, hives and itching
  • Talk with your doctor right away if you have any of these signs: Significant reactions include wheezing, chest tightness,  fever, itching, bad cough, blue skin colour, seizures or swelling of face, lips, tongue, or throat
  • Change wet/soiled diapers promptly, cleanse the diaper area and allow them to dry
  • Remember, keep this and all other medicines out of the reach of children, never share your medicines with others and use this medication only for the indication prescribed

  • Medicine used on the skin is not likely to be affected by other drugs you use. But many drugs can interact with each other. Tell each of your healthcare providers about all medicines you use, including prescription and over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal products
  • Cream: Notify the physician if skin rash or irritation occurs. Do not use near eyes or open cuts
  • Usage: If the condition worsens or does not improve within 7 days, consult your doctor. Avoid contact with eyes. For external use only
