Product Form: Powder

Directions for Use:
  • Put 2 scoops of the powder in a shaker
  • Add 50 ml cold/lukewarm water/milk into the shaker
  • Shake vigorously for a minimum 3-5 minutes
  • Add 100 ml cold/lukewarm milk/water into 50 ml mixture
  • Shake vigorously for a minimum 3-5 minutes
  • Wait for a little to dissolve the foam and consume the drink
