Directions for Use:
- Wash your hands, thoroughly sit down and relax
- Fit the silicone air cushion firmly to your breast
- Pull the handle until you fill pressure on your breast
- Pump the handle with fast and weak movements, mimicking your baby’s first sucking method
- When the breastmilk begins to flow, pump more slowly, again mimicking a baby’s sucking motion
- You should try to pump the handle every 1-2 seconds
