We offer a variety of flavours for every taste bud. Fennel flora honey is a rare uni-floral honey collected from the flower nectar of the fennel plant (Foeniculum vulgare). This plant is native to Asia and the Mediterranean region. It is a rare form of honey collected mainly in Rajasthan and some parts of Andhra Pradesh, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, and Haryana. Honey is extracted from the end of March to May month. It has a golden to reddish colour and emanates a pleasant fragrance with a taste of caramel. Some people favour it over other floral-type honey.
We all know that fennel is a highly aromatic and flavorful herb with culinary and medicinal uses. But before seeds, fennel makes beautiful yellow flowers full of nectar and pollen that are very attractive to honey bees.
